ok, i need to know what version of bearshare i had, and i had it for like a year since today, and it isn't bearshare lite, it was a bearshare 5 point something, i deleted it bt mistake, and thought it was spy ware, and it had zango and global search engine tab with it.... now i go to the home page and all it has is some shytty new one that doesn't open, and the one i had was perfect, fast downloads and everything. but it could be a different version than 5, i checked on internet but i cant find the one i had, someone read this and find it for me i need to download some music asap !!
remember it was older than bearshare 3.
and had zango
and global search engine
oh and had whenUsave
and whenUsave was hidden so, help me asap

easy,do a system restore on your computer.restore it at one day before you deleted your program.once your computer restores itself,your program will be back.

I recommend you switch to Ares and Sharezaa. They are both open source, better supported and safer. You are guaranteed they will not be spyware. I believe that Shareaza can connect to the same network as bearshare.

Bittorrent is also great but bittorrent does NOT have the same functionality you had with bearshare. Bittorrent uses a totally different type of P2P technology. I would recommend picoTorrent or Azureus as bittorrent clients if you want to try it. You could also try eMule which is yet again another different P2P technology.

sorry bro! it spyware! but there is hope...cnet.com search Bitcomet....install...go to torrentz.com and bookmark it...search for anything u need in torrentz.com and bitcomet will "automaticlly" download from it! have fun!!!
