When you are recovering from drinking a lot your body releases adrenalin to help your body recover.

This could be part of the problem.

are you taking any anidepressants or anti anxiety tablets? if you are alcohol stopps these from working and the next day you will have reduced levels in your system.

Are you maybe worried about the calories/not being able to function with your hangover? I could see how this can make you anxious.

Have you had episodes before where you have been tripping and its all gone wrong? you could have a type of anxiety where if your body feels out of control, its afriad its because its taken drugs. It is pushing feelings of anxiety in effort to get you to get help or not take anymore drugs. Your body can have v.strange reactions and cause v.odd effects to your mind.

join the club theres nothing worse, stomach churning, shakey and feel totally off all day.

i feel like its a guilty feeling like when i can't remember what i've done or said the night before wondering if i've bombscared or not
or pi**ed my man off any in way by saying something the wrong way while having the drink in me
also the shaky feeling its self is down to the actual drink and that we've dehydrated ourself.
only cure is not to drink as much and make sure we don't do anything out of order (ha ha As if that will stop us otherwise we'd have done it before now.)
happy drinking thats what i say enjoy worry about the next day when it comes its usually worth it.

Me too, that guilty shakey feeling sucks, its a mental thing caused by the depressant aspects of alcohol and dehidration. Not that you feel like doing it but if you can try getting a good walk in an shake it off baby.

Drinking literally poisons your body and effects you neurologically. Unfortunately you, like myself, are probably more sensitive to alcohol than other people. Sucks, I know. Make sure you drink water before you go to bed and eating something with a lot of carbs in the morning helps a little.

Hangovers are painful. And it sounds like the alcohol is really messing with your brain.

A drink or two is all right- but drinking to the point of getting drunk is going to hurt you. So why do it?

It is the evil alcohol burning it's way out of your system and letting you get back to the real world after the euphoria of last night !!!! don't worry too much, unless you start to get blackouts .......then paranoia sets in What did I do last night ?????
