zinc is great for lots of things, and boosts our immune systems.it could help you.are you sure you are getting sufficient iron in your diet, as this can make you tired.health food shops sell a wonderful tonic called floradix, a combination of iron, herbs and vitamins.its the best ive found, and really boosts your energy levels immediatly.give it a try.good luck

Nope, more quack mythology! Only minute amounts of zinc are required to maintain good heath. It has NO additional theraputic qualities. It should never be taken unless defficiency is proven and it is corrosive in overdose!

If you are abnormally tired, go and get tested for anaemia. If not, try ProPlus. That's the best thing you can take!
