I need help from you first, are you sure its lbs. of olive oil and vinegar or ounces?

4oz olive oil
2 ounces lime juice
3 oz vinegar
1 package of italian dressing mix
1 t tobasco
3 Tbls L & P sauce

I would try it first to see if its correct.

the basic rule is 2 parts oil to 1 part vinegar,so do a little math, and since I am American I don't understand what qty this makes but if lbs are close to cups than 2c olive oil to 1 c vinegar

Carefully take one package of Italian Dressing Mix and open it.. put it in a shaker and follow the directions on the back of the package. then taste and add those dabs and dashes that will make it your own. Don't go crazy over this recipe, you can do very well on your own with a package mix and your special 'touches'.
