Well, darker colors absorb more light and therefore more heat than lighter colors, so if they were out in the sunshine, that would be true, but I doubt that, as a rule, skin color has anything to do with body temperature.

Because Darker colers absorbs heat,its know Discovery Ch that individuals with paker skin can stand longer in the cold with barely anything on and last ,different body Heat!!!

When I was going tanning I would have a very light sunburn at all times, and I would radiate heat :)

I just asked my black co-worker what the answer to this question, and she gave me this answer:

"probably because they are fat. Mose black girls are fat."

Mind you, my co-worker is what we like to call "fat-tabulous" and she is constantly yelling about someone should arrest her for looking as fine as she does with her juicy booty!!
