my computer is making this very annoying and loud noise whenever it's on. i have only one thought of what it is, is it the fan in the computer? well, i have a lot of stuff plugged in like usb plugs and 2 routers for the internet. one for the home computer and one for the laptop (laptop is wireless internet). anyway the computer itself works fine. it works the best it could be but it just makes that annoying sound. i think it's the fan. is it because the stuff around it is cluttering up the computer that it's making the computer not a chance to cool like it's supposed too? please help me with this

The vents on the sides and rear of the computer need to be kept clear. Most computers have two fans. One on the CPU, and one for the power supply. These are always on. You may want to take the left side of the case off and see where the noise is coming from. The fans may just need cleaning. A shot from a can of air will do it most times. If the noise is your hard drive, then you may have a more serious problem.
