There is only one way to find out and that means you have to talk to her. What happened to your friend is not bond to repeat itself with you. Think positive.

Well nothing is guaranteed until you try so why not take the risk then live in fear and then live to regret that you didn't take any action. I mean if worst comes to worst, she will just say that she does not feel the same way and even though that's not what you want you can at least not wonder anymore whether or not you and her could be together and it will also give you the motivation to move on and find someone else who does care about you. However, if you take this risk to find out you may also be rewarded by finding out that those feelings that you have are reciprocated:) If she is worth something to you, then you should risk your pride and face your fear by taking the chance and putting yourself out there. Everyone has done it before and even the best of us have been rejected but you live, you learn, and you move on but you never give up because even if there is pain through one bad experience, you could miss out on far too many good ones but either living in fear or closing yourself up based on one bad encounter...Hope that makes sense and I sincerely hope that everything works out for you and that she does return your interest...Good luck :)

For me i like when a guy come to be me and start talking. start by saying to her how was your day today. if she talk to you and start smiling. them ask her out. like to the movies or out to eat. and also what women like is, To be yourself. good luck!!!
