I really i mean really like this guy. We tend to mess around(sexually) a lot. everytime we do the next day its like nothing happend. His sister tells me that he really likes me and we need to quit going back and forth. I talked to his cousin who i work with and he said that even he knows that he likes me. Im soposed to hang out with him this weekend and i need to know what to say to make us more than just people who mess around.

You'll have to break the ice. Try asking him where he sees your friendship going. If he seems optimistic then there maybe a chance for a deeper connection. And you'll know if he's just not interested.

ask him exactly what he wants, does he want a relationship, or just a freind with benefits. you'll have to decide what to do after that. he might just be shy when in public, im a bit like that, i always act differently when im with mates than girls.
