I think u r on a point where u have to make a decision - BF vs best friend.
If I was u I would have chosen both.
Don't fight with ur BF. Rather try and understand him. To some extent he is right from his prespective.
So try to find a balance. Your best friend will understand easily. Talk to her when she is not crying and ask her to avoid such inconvinient times.
(If you can also help her to find a nice guy.)

Ok, been there and done that so here goes. You need to tell your best friend that while you care for her deeply you also care for your boyfriend and now live with him. If she chooses to ignore the fact that she continually is attracted to the wrong men and will not take your advice then, she should not just show up at her convenience to cry on your shoulder. Tell her you can still be there for her, but that ya'll need to set up a time to meet that is best for you both. She is being very self centered to dump on you at any hour when she won't listen to what you have to say to begin with. Obviously you do want her happy or you would not advise her about these "bad" boys to begin with.

If he loves you he should have been at least a little concerned for her too. If you moved in it is now "your house too". Apologize to your friend for your bf's behavior. Apologize to your bf for her behavior. Make sure not to give in to anyone. The next time this happens..if you want to find out her story; tell your bf "too bad - go to sleep!" and if you don't want to hear the story; don't answer the door..say " I must not have heard you knock!"

In this case I think your boy friend is right. It's very rude and inconsiderate of your girl friend to show up in the middle of the night unless its a life threatening emegency and then I think your boy friend would be a bit more understanding about the situation. Tell your girlfriend you are her friend and that if she needs to talk you can set aside a bit of time for her. If she is truly your friend, she will understand the situation and comply with your wishes.

This is easy... when she comes over late like that, have her get in bed with you and your BF. Everyone will be happy.
