this program is used to scan your computer for tracking cookies that you may have picked up from internet use. You can uninstall it by using the "uninstall" tab of the program, but why would you want to? do you have another program that is doing the same job for you?
I use ad-aware, its a good program! I suggest keeping it and allowing it to do regular scans of your computer.

You can always remove any program you dont want. Go to control panel, then click on ADD OR REMOVE .
A list of programs will appear. Highlight the one you want uninstalled, and click on the REMOVE button.
However, I find Adaware to be a useful application. It catches quite a few things that escape my other antispy program.
If you have Adaware, try it out. It detects and removes tracking cookies, spybots and the like. Its all free, you update via the web.
Use it to supplement your existing antispy software.

If you have it, don't uninstall it. It is a good, free version of a program that will catch harmful tracking cookies. I have had and used it for several years and run it frequently.
If you have never run it, you will be surprised the first time you see the results. Your PC may be loaded with cookies of which you were not aware.
If you don't have it, go to:

You can remove it, but it's the software that gets rid of all the spyware you gather from the internet, it's really great software, very useful, I've found it better than any other software for spyware.
