I have found:
a paciscor abunde a paciscor
a paciscor est a paciscor

I am not sure if these are correct. Can any latin majors out there help?
Thanks!

"Pactum pactum est" appears to be spot on.

"Transactio" has been suggested, in which case it would have to be "transactio transactio est."

Transactio transactio est.

Paciscor is a verbal form not a noun.
It comes from the deponent verb
"paciscor, pacisci, pactus sum" and it's
the first person of the present indicative
in the passive form. It can't translate 'deal'.

All on-line translators are hardly working if
used to translate sentences in any language,
but are a total disaster if used for Latin...!!

Edit #1 -
As a further proposal I would write
SPONSUS SPONSUS EST (Wedding promise)
Edit #2 -
Re. "transactionem" I've corrected it into the suggested nominative "transactio". I had forgotten the rule of the predicate nominative :) Sorry !!.

Just like English (bargain, pact, agreement, contract) there are many words that could mean 'deal'. Some are:

Foedus - more like treaty; deal between states
Pactio - bargain; agreement
Transactio - business agreement; negotiated settlement
Pactum - bargain; agreement
Condicio - agreement; contract; terms; also marriage contract

Regardless of choice of word, the construction would be;

Pactio pactio est
Condicio condicio est

and so on. The first 'deal' is the subject and must be in nominative case. The second 'deal' is a predicate nominative, and must also be in nominative case.
