hey i'm over weight by 30 pounds i'm getting married in a month how do i shed this over weight in a month plz plz help me

I dont see how you can do it in a month. Even a pound a week is considered fast. Most of the initial weight you will loose will be water weight. Try Atkins. I dont think you will drop 30 pounds though.

It's not healthful to lose 30 lbs. in just one month!! You need a change of lifestyle. No refined sugars or grease and you can loose 2 lbs. a week. Drink lots of water and take a brisk walk everyday and you might loose 10 lbs. in a month!

Stay away from sweets and limit your carbohydrates. Eat lean meats, stay away from the fatty parts. Exercise. A cardio exercise in the fat buring zone. Do it five times a week for at least an hour. You will lose weight, but it wont be 30lbs. In a month, at best 12lbs, but it will be noticeable. Good luck.

You can loose 30lbs in a month, but at the end, you may be at your wedding in a coffin.

No chance to loose that much in 30 days and stay healthy.

First thing is first. Healthy eating you'll amazed at what eating a good healthy breakfast can do to your body.You can't expect to loose 30 overnight and those pills that help you do it bring them right back up just as soon as they ge them off. So just eat healty and exercise. TRUST ME IT WORKS!!!

Change your dynamic habits exercises wake early in morning, eat bites not full meal, eat when you are hungry not dinner or breakfast. stop snacks. instead take veg is for snacks and finally drink a lot of water, remain space in your stomach keep it for breathing well. consider breakfast as your major food intake.
