i am doing a 3 point turn but shot backwards in reverse gear with the instructor lol how can you stop that

Nerve-racking, isn't it?

Try to relax (it isn't a race) and don't give it so much gas the next time. If it's a manual, easy on the clutch, don't let it out too fast.

Just stop and shift into first and try again.
