I have been wanting a tattoo on the back of my neck for a while now i just want some ideas of what word i should get. Im a diabetic and i was gunna put believe on my neck because you have to really watch out for things and just be happy everyday your alive. what other words would you think that would look good?just give me your opinions please no bad comments or smart @ss answers. I have a huge tattoo already too so its not my first. thank you very much!

there is a difference between having a huge tattoo and a tattoo on your neck unless you wear a scarf everyday. unless your profession is a tattoo artist ,don't get a tattoo on your neck. if you do get some cool word, get it in kanji ,that way it will have some special meaning to you and no one will know what it means . everytime someone ask you what you where thinking by getting a tattoo on your neck of all places, you can tell them how special this asian character for a word that was recommended to you on yahoo. so special it'll will be... let me know what you get when you get it. i want to be the first to ask and know how special it is to you.

I have seen bar codes tattoo on the back of necks. With the word underneath. Some are really good and clear (the lines) some are not so good. SO be careful and get a really good artist. Good luck.......

Some symbol that has some sort of meaning to you would be a good idea. Maybe a couple stars in a kindof spiraling row. Or a ladybug? Or your favorite flower. Sorry i can't really think of anything unique. You'll figure it out. Good luck. :)

I am a tattoo enthusiast myself as well as a diabetic. That is a neat idea.
I got a tattoo behind my left ear. It's a butterfly (I know it seems like a cliche) but I really like it. Carpe Diem sounds appropriate. Or maybe even something like an Ankh (the symbol for life).

CARPE DIEM! I think that sums up what you are trying to do, right? I am sure other people have it-but it still rings true for you, doesn't it.
I saw one that was REALLY cool-said the same thing right side up and upside down.

i would say write believe in monotype cursiva font on your neck, its really pretty or in another language in that case go to this website
