Either she is prettier than you or just much more approachable. I would bet on more approachable. You should watch what she does to seem approachable and do as she does.
I was being a pal to two girls once, both very cool and pretty. I asked out the more approachable one and the other had a melt down, she was so sick of her friend always being the one to be chosen. I felt really bad because I liked her just as much, but she was just a little more aloof and a little harder to read.

Most people are attracted to people with bright sunny personalities. If you're sitting around like the green eyed monster just waiting for them to knock you out of the way to get to her... they will and nobody will blame them. Try acting like you think you're worth taking a second look at. Try giving folks positive feed back. Act like a loyal, loving person everyone will respond better to you.

Jealousy is an ugly emotion. Maybe you are sending off the wrong signals. Maybe she is more comfortable with the attention. Be happy that she has that appeal, you will find yours. Just be yourself and be her friend.

She must have a good personality. Watch how she treats people. Try being a wee bit like her to get attention. If you find it uncomfortable. Stop. As its not always wise to be like your friend.
