Is she comfortable casually dating all three to get to know them better? If she has more to go on as far as common interests, compatibility, attraction, etc... she might be able to make a decision. Many people think if you date you have to have sex. She can date without sex to find if any of the three is the "one" she wants and by being totally upfront can avoid hurt feelings or conflict.
