Hi. YouTube will now block any copyrighted programming. But if the data is just a video file stored on DVD, copy to your drive, login to YT and click "Upload".

Try TubeHunter which can rip DVD clips into other Video/Audio format. It also downloads videos from hundreds of video sharing webs.
