In moderation. Instead of having ten chocolates, ration them out over a few days. Also, eat them in the morning - then you have the whole day to burn them off.

I found that putting them in the freezer helped. I couldn't eat as many of them if they were frozen. They take longer to eat, and your jaw will get sore if you try to eat too many.

if you are eating 4 bars per day, try to cut down subsequently.
Else, the other way, is to throw away chcolate you have in your house .
Try to eat smaller amts.
