In Cyprus they speak Greek since they are Greeks so "goodbye" is andio or yasou.
The turks occupied with military forces some parts of the island so there is no turkish language at free Cyprus

Larnaka is in Cyprus so if you go there & meet some people you could say Goodbye then leave
