Why would you even want to? It's sad that you can't find better use of your time! Life is short and rather than do something with it, you're wasting it away.
This is VERY sad indeed... GET A JOB! GO TO SCHOOL! VOLUNTEER! I'll bet a day of volunteering at a hospice (in case you don't know what that is, it's where terminally ill people live out their last days!) will make you think twice about spraying anything on innocent people who are just trying to get to work, perhaps visit a sick friend in the hospital, or a funeral!
Try and be a better person!

I'm sorry, but this begs the question: Why?
I'm not certain about the law on this but be aware that some people are allergic to alcohol and so this could cause pretty nasty effects. I would therefore suspect that this may be considered as assault.

wow~! that sounds like fun!! agree with the person who said about allergies but you are only spraying their coats so how much harm can it really do?!!!
me and my friend drive to work together and get stuck in a lot of traffic so we crank up the radio and see how many people we can get to dance along whilst sat in a jam -You can call me Al (paul simon) is my favourite cos everyone does the trumpet actions!! well fun.

depemds. are you spraying them to make them smell like alchol so everyone thinks they have been drinking? or for some other reasons?
although its propbaly not wise, people will think you are spraying anthrax or something and you will get nicked. now That would be funny!!!

If the person were to take offence,turn round and punch you in your smug gob,you'd be the type to go crying 'assault' to the police.On second thoughts,bullies like you would probably only do it to old ladies and children..much safer eh?
