Travel is an allergy for somebody. In general it happens when the driving is worst.Frequent changes in speed and stops may cause this problem.Particularly hill travels will put you in trouble.Whenever you plan to go by bus take a an anti vomiting tablet before half an hour and have some orange sweets and lemon with you.The taste of orange and the smell of lemon will prevent vomiting. But before you take the tablet, consult a physician for avoiding side effects if any.Without a doctor's advise taking medicine is dangerous.

well, you have motion sickness and first of all sit in the very front of the bus and look out. Not onto the ground, but into the distance.
Also there is a pill called "dramamine" (spelling?) that is good for motion sickness, but it makes me very tired. Go to a pharmacy and ask. There are also patches which you can put behind your ear or you can wear a special bracelet.
Good Luck!

It seems that it is due to motion sickness. You can take Avomin tablets about one hour before the start of journey. Do not travel with stomach too full or empty. Ginger and clove are also helpful in motion sickness. Also avoid reading while travelling by bus.

Because like my two nephew's they never left their little town, in most of their young year's , so whenever they traveled to see us, my sister was always compaining about how much they'd gotten sick on the way there! And the same thing happened to my kids when we moved out of California, and had to drive back there to my Oldest daughter's wedding!! I rented a car, and all the way there, they got sick!! But it might have been the fact that it was suppose to only be an 6-8 hour drive, but I dont do freeway's, and got lost twice, and ended-up in the boonies twice, before we finally got there 15 hours later!!HahaHa!! It wasn't funny at that time, however!! My pooor kids, were like, "Mommy when are we going to get there?" And I'm like scared out of my mind, because it seemed everytime we pulled over to ask direction's it was always in some really bad neighborhood!!Haha!! And you'd never think I was originally from the "Big City" when it came to our trip to my daughter's wedding!! I was more scared of the fact I kept getting lost, then I was of where we'd stop at, except for fear, for my kids, anyway!! So, I think its because of people who aren't used too traveling, is all....Smile!!!

u have motion sickness...i have it too
try not to sit at the back--we get most jerks, and try to sit in the direction in which the bus is going--that would help because the eye produces a whirling sensation

yes, u can have medicines--try vomikind, avomine, use perinorm(but only if u are above 18--take advice from ur doctor)

good luck

Lick the powder of ajwain, jeera and sugar ground together from your hand whever you feel like vomiting or eat a teaspoonful of the mixture after every one hour of travel. You should rid of your vomiting habit in three to six months of adopting the above method.
