Puppy love is the first crush a child has on the opposite sex. Usually infatuation and unrealistic.
Can it mature into true love? I don't see why not, although I personally don't know of any examples of it.

Puppy love is adoration that two people (not just for teens) share. It is a sweet love. But not a real devotion. Yes it can turn into real love!

well sister.... puppy love is a feeling similar to love yet it is not so very strong....but it is more similar to admiration.... because when we are talking with love it means wanting, and when we are talking of puppy love.... liking!
