Flying from London to the US soon and am sure I'll want a snooze on the way there, what do you recommend?

I use an inflatable "U" shaped pillow. Brilliant. I can sleep on the aircraft without my head falling about. You can pick them up in most stores, not expensive.

I bring a reqular pillow on the plane.

They give you a pillow and a blanket on long flights.

Just ask the pilot to fly inverted and then you can put your feet up :)
