If she wants a swoop:
-Section off a small portion of hair along her hairline in the front, and clip that for later.
-Give her an off-center part, and section off about 1/2 an inch of hair around the part. Also, clip that for later
-Now do the cornrows in semi-circles around her head. Starting on the top, nearest where you sectioned the part off, and braid around that section all the way around to the otherside. If you want, you can take that braid and connect it too the next one down and make it one long braid on her entire head.
-Sew the tracks in.
-Unclip the sections you clipped, repart the original part, and comb the hair into the weave until it come together natural-looking. Make sure to comb the swoop out so she'll get a nice bang.

If she wants the bangs that just come down on her forehead, do a similar procedure, except section off the bangs, and clip that for later.

If she wants weave in the bangs, you may need to glue those in, to make it less bulky. If not, you can make the part for the bang a little larger than you usually would, so there's room to cover the braid and the track.

Good luck!
