He has been dead for 2000 years. People don't typically come back from a thing like that.

My Pastor's actually been speaking on this the past couple of weeks. I'll try to pick out what I thought was the coolest and quickest proof that He is still alive.
Before Jesus' crucifixion, while He was healing and feeding thousands with just a few, etc., the disciples followed Him, questioned Him, learned from Him, proudly preached the doctrine He was teaching them. They were His staunchest supporters.
Then, He was crucified. Now, it's one thing to say to people that yes, I know I'm going to die, but I'll be resurrected - WHILE YOU'RE ALIVE. Folks can believe it okay when you're still around talking to them. But then, He was actually crucified. The Master was no longer there. The Teacher was gone and not able to give His disciples continual support. They wavered. They scattered. Peter even denied Jesus as He was being judged and tortured. They stopped spreading His message so hard. They hid and ran.
Then, just a short while later, they started preaching again in earnest. Why? What happened to so totally and completely restore their faith in a 'dead man'? Because they **SAW** Him!!
If someone had been teaching you, and telling you they would be killed, but come back, and you saw them killed - BUT NEVER SAW THEM COME BACK - would you still believe? Would you still preach the things to others that this person had taught to you? Probably not.
If you had seen your teacher hanging on a cross - AND THEN NEVER SAW HIM AGAIN - you probably would have found another star to hitch your wagon to.
But the disciples started preaching and spreading Jesus' word again fervently. The teachings they were passing along spread all over the globe and exist to this day. Why? Because He IS alive. He Is risen from the grave with all power in his hands - and He was SEEN. He lives to this day. **THAT'S** why I worship him. Because I know what He has done in my life. Because I have SEEN.

Jesus is alive.
Even though Jesus was killed by the Romans (not the Jews), he came back to life after 3 days. That is the main evidence that Jesus is God. How many others do you know that have died and come back to life after 3 days?
Just because somebody isn't on earth doesn't mean they aren't alive....In this life everything is temporary, even our bodies. Once we die, is when we really begin to live. Our bodies here are only a shell or a house in which our souls temporarily inhabit while we are being tested on this earth.
God sent his only son Jesus to die as a sacrifice for our sins so that we could choose to be with God in paradise for eternity. God loves you so much that he was willing to lay down his son's life in exchange for you....how can you reject a God that love you that much?

Jesus was alive physically when He walked on the earth in the form of man. Now He's alive spiritually seated at the right hand of the Father. Even though He did die, He didn't stay dead because He conquered it.

Yes Jesus is alive He is in heaven with God You can know Jesus as your Savior. It's in the Bible John1:12 and 1Peter3:18"But to all who received {Jesus}, He gave the right to become children of God. All they needed to do was to trust Him to save them."He died once for the sins of all us guilty sinners although He himself was innocent of any sin at any time, that He might bring us safely home to God. On Judgment day every man, woman and child will acknowledge that Jesus is Lord...No one escapes the judgment It's in the Bible "for we must all appear (living or dead) before the judgment seat of Christ, that each one may receive what is due him for the things done while in the body, whether good or bad."...Whoever believes and is baptized will be saved, but whosoever does not believe will be condemned.

Yes he is. There is weird stuff going on and to think we even have a clue is kind of crazy. Jesus does not want worship, he wants to help you and be your friend. Use his spirit to seek his counsel.

He is alive because He is a God , the Son of God and He has shown up to some saints ..and He said in the Bible that He shall show to those who love Him.
So everybody can see Him ..if they love Him, no matter who he is ...Jesus is not proud ..to show up only to some famous priests ..who maybe don't love Him so much..

1. He died
2. He resurrected Himself
3. He ascended into Heaven (three people in Heaven without death: Christ, Enoch, & Elijah - only difference Christ died and then resurrected and went to Heaven)
4. We worship Him because He is alive and not living among us but rather sent the Holy Spirit to dwell among us until His return
