Well if she did in fact use your credit card to shop without your consent I would not want to be her friend anymore. Just my opinion. Try contacting the place where the order was made and cancel it out.

I wouldn't without hard proof. If it's your card then find out exactly what was ordered and where it's being delivered. Then change the delivery address to yours, when it comes in then gift wrap it and take it to the original address (whoever used your card against your wishes) and then hand it to them telling them it's a good bye present since you never want to see them again.
Since your name is on the card the order should have been placed in your name and you can get all the details. If you can't then call and report that your card was used without your knowledge and you need to file a claim so you don't have to pay for it.

Hello
Without evidence or proof it isn't wise to accuse, not to mention if wrong, it can damage any friendship relationship already formed.
Come out and ask her and see what she says, then after her response tell her why you thought to ask her; she was the last one holding your bag and it was eerie that this was exactly when the theft took place.
Ask her in such a way that you would want a person to pose the same question to you.
Good luck, hope things work out in your favor.

IMMEDIATELY! *** Contact your credit card company and report the charge as fraud! File the appropriate affidavits. Let THEM do the research for you!
Scammers can get your card number from a variety of sources....they do not need the actual physical card to abuse it.
You may be worrying for naught...it may be a scam artist and have nothing to do with your friend.
If it does have something to do with your friend..then you don't really have a friend there do you? Depending on the dollar amount (and whether you are willing / able to press charges) they may just have (her) pay for the charge and note her in their system.
Either way...if you do not report this immediately to your company you will be responsible for the charge.

Without hard hard proof, never accuse. I was really good friends with two other women, and one day, one accused the other of stealing some money. The one accused was sitting there crying and I felt horrible.....Then I looked down and was like....Hon, is that the money sticking out of your sock?? The one who was doing the accusing had stuck it in her sock and completely forgotten about it. She totally ruined the friendship with my other friend, and I was really mad at her for not checking everything first. You just never know what could have happened, seriously.

I would not want to be friends with someone who stole from me, no, but I would want to be certain she did that first.
PS Please use the spell check feature. Your post was very difficult to read.
