as stated the children that im aiming at are only 12yrs old...the people that answering that 12yr olds should be allowed to drink alchol are really quite insane and sad!

You can prepare all the leaflets you want, but it's not going to stop kids this age who are drinking. Do you really think they're going to read something and say, oh, I'd better stop? Part of why they're doing it is they're not supposed to. This really is their parents' job, and obviously the parents aren't doing a great job if this is what their kids are doing.

If I had children, I would let them drink. It's better for them to learn how to drink, than to make fools of themselves once they're grown up. That stupid law in USA that bans everyone under 21 to drink caused more harm, than good to the people of America. So, instead of drinking, teenagers turn themselves to drugs. Not a very good idea!
