Your brain needs sleep to function, get some sleep. :) Trust me, I pulled all nighters for awhile, then I realized you actually do worse without rest. Good luck!

I've done this before, the sleep would be good since you were up all night but you may be risking oversleeping. technically after the first 45 minutes you fall into deep sleep/REM sleep (which is usually hard to wake up from).
I read somewhere that after you study, you should sleep coz sleeping somehow keeps what you read right before in your memory better like a recoder.
Personally I used to do this in college coz I AM a procrastinator. So I would study, sleep and hour and then brush up the stuff and go do my exam then come home and crash to get sleep and then party after that.
Good luck on your exam!

You should sleep. Your mind needs rest. You'll be fresh for your next day. A good sleep of 8 hrs is needed.
If you can meditate, it would be helpful. An hour of meditation is equivalent to 4 hrs of sleep. You will have the same freshness.
And good luck!.

Definitely sleep. Your body needs sleep every day, preferably at least six to seven daily. However, most scientists believe you can "bank" sleep, meaning that if you sleep all day Saturday, you can probably recover from this sleep loss.
In the meantime, drink something with caffeine.

Firatly you have to get a time table for your daily revision. This is really bad, revising before a test or exams, me too i'm a student of form 4 and frankly i never revise when i've monthly test or a day before exams cause every morning i'm used to wake up to revise and my points are good and as for you i just can tell you to plan everything before you start your work

Since you spent so long on studying, you wont be able to wake up when you fall asleep so just stick it out and next time try to manage your time better then this time. So you can get at least 6-8 hours.

Sleep you will suffer from more negative effects of the lack of sleep then if you didn't and your work wouldn't be as good. AND DON'T STUDY SO MUCH, it's better for you to get a good nights sleep as it improves your concentration.

take the 2 hr. nap. let's just say that it's an investment so that your brain could have a little rest and save up a bit more energy for the day's work. It helps.
