Your thyroid is not producing enough hormones. Go to the doctors about the milky fluid.

Hi...what this means is that your thyroid is not the direct cause. There is something going on with your pituitary gland which stimulates the thyroid and prolactin amount other things. I hope you are seeing a good pituitary endocrinologist and if not go to pituitary.org to see Dr. listings. Usually damage to a pituitary is caused by a tumor or cyst, almost always benign and fairly common but since it is affecting your hormone levels a problem. You do need to get this under control because a growing tumor could cause a lot of damage to your pituitary. Cortisol, repro hormones, growth hormone and others need to be tested. Go to goodhormonehealth.com and look at the table of symptoms to see if any other hormones may be affected. Best of luck.

These signs and symptons are "Classic"of Prolactinoma, which is a tumor in the pituitary gland--non metastatic. Causing your symptoms of high TSH and Increase in Prolactin levels which causes the milk production.
