If you make God your number 1 priority in life, and truely love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul, you will go to heaven. Anything less is telling God that other things beside him are a priority to you.

The answer is simple, the reason you were put on this earth is for you to make one choice, do you want to be with God for all of eternity in paradise or not? Once you have honestly made that choice your actions will reflect it.

Accept that God's son Jesus died for our sins and that makes it possible for sinners like us to have the choice on whether we want to go to heaven or not. God loves you so much that he was willing to sacrifice his only son for you....are you going to accept or reject a God that loves you that much?

There is a long tradition in Christianity - and especially in early Christianity - of believeing that all human souls will one day be reconciled to God and welcomed into His presence. This is because divine mercy is greater even than divine justice.

not all "Christians" go to Heaven - those that have truely accepted Christ as their Lord and savior will go - just b/c someone gives themselves the title of Christian doesn't mean they have accepted Christ
accepting Christ is the key - not love the Lord - loving the Lord and doing His will comes after you have accepted Jesus

Christians won't be the only people in heaven. God speaks through all religions.

If you have heard the good news and accept it as your new lifestyle, be ready to be amazed. We get, as christians, glimpses of the kingdom down here.

If you have heard and understand the gospel but reject it, you stand condemmned. I say this because someone always brings up the "Borneo African tribe" that has never heard of Jesus... God judges the heart, if you reject His Son, at your time of death He will say "I never knew you".

I know I'll get blasted for that last comment, cuz 10 yrs ago I used to be the one blasting, but it's in His word, read it.

we as Christians do not go to heaven, in the way that you mean!
What happens when we die, is that body's decompose and we seem to sleep untill the day that Jesus return to the earth to judge us all, then if we pass Gods Judgment we get to live forever on the new earth that God will create.

Everyone who is good will go to heaven.

If you are Christian and you die with a mortal sin on your soul without going to Confession-- sorry.

Not all Christians will go to heaven, sadly. However, Christianity helps on the journey there.
