There isn't anything I could do about it, since even with the best medical science today, even if I told anyone about aliens and a bullet in my skull, the chance of them believing me and removing it successfully are drastically not in my favour of living afterwards.

More, what would you do if the extraterrrestrial him (or Her-) self was inside your head? You got to get a head reconstruction surgeon. and get him out... The ones from Venus are the ones that practice the family law of "holding one member down if another member commits a crime" and you don't want him in there!
