I drive down Rosmead Avenue every single day and i love these big shady trees. Tried google to find out what type they are, but no luck :(

I always thought Oak trees had a rougher bark and acorns?

Ok so now the possibility seems to be shifting to gum trees...I'm googling for pics of gum trees and there are no many different ones. The thing that's putting me off is the shape of the leave of the gum tree.

Hey guys, they are so NOT oak trees! As I recall they are chestnut trees and also quite a few gum trees...

Opposite Kenilworth racecourse there are oaks as well.

They appear to be oak trees. I drive down Rosemead Ave almost every day on my way from work.

blue gum trees.i used to live near there a few years ago and remember the trees quite well.
