Start recording your feelings and reactions in a journal. As you look back over your own words and ideas it will help you realize that you are far more on the ball than you think. Keeping track of your life decisions no matter how insignificant can help you know yourself and that is the first step to trust in any relationship... even one w/ yourself!

if you are worried about something in particular then practice it, once you see that you can do it then you will have more confidence in yourself, if it is something you cna't practice then take things slowly and try to find out what about things scare you and work on those things, everyone is intimidated by some things, don't let it control your life, you can live in fear or just let yourself live!
