Why are all the programs with sound playing as fast as my Media Player Music?

Why are all the programs with sound playing as fast as my Media Player Music?

I don't know if my daughter messed with something in my computer.

I tried to go to enhencement but I can only make it play faster and not slow it down.

What amazes me is that even the typing program speaks faster which has nothing to do with it.

look at your settings in control panel
