I am the maid of honor, and I am trying to help plan a wedding, and do decorations for the bride. This will be an outdoor wedding on my farm, however I am not a very creative person. The bride is also on a kind of tight budget. So if anyone knows any websites I can go to let me know. Feel free to share any ideas or pictures as well. Thanks in advance!

Ooh! I bet you could make a beautiful fall wedding on a farm. There is so much good stuff to use at the end of the season, dried corn stalks, pumpkins, fall floiage, I bet if you searched for fall wedding pictures you could find a bunch of ideas. And if you do it in late september it will still be warm and the weather will be nice for outdoor festivities.

Good luck!

Outdoors on a farm? The best and cheapest thing to do is figure out exactly where she will be having the wedding on your property, and plant some flower seeds there. This will save a ton of money on decorations if there are flowers everywhere, and no creativity is required.

Here are a few websites that might help. Just try looking up ideas for outdoor or theme weddings and you might find some good ideas. You can always call a wedding planner and ask for ideas too. Most of them are willing to give out a little advice. Ask local craft stores as well. Good luck!

Go to a local craft store to get some ideas. A friend of mine was married on her parents farm and centered a whole theme around the farm. The ceremony was outside so they set up bales of hay with white sheets over them for people to sit on instead of renting chairs. They also used those metal milk pails tied with ribbon to line and decorate th aisle. So cute!

If you can give further details on the theme or the look the bride is going for, that would help a lot.

center it around the farm theme. use old wooden garden tools old pails with grass in them- or lilacs in pails-to line the aisle where the bride is walking- you could use milking stools for people to sit on-the knot.com is a very great wedding resource.use lace to drape fromthe ceiling- or tulle-dont overdue it though-simple and to the point-

For the invites, you can go to Staples or one of those office supplies stores. You can purchase the inviations that you can print out. It comes wiht 50 cards to print on, 50 envelopes, 50 reply cards and return envelopes. It's inexpensive and they have several choices to choose from. I've recommended to some of my friends and they saved alot of money
