You didn't give a number for Smith Street but I put 76 as Rite Aid in Perth Amboy NJ is 76 Smith Street and got the directions for you on the link below.

Assuming you are getting off the Bus in Perth Amboy and walking to Bertrand Ave in Perth Amboy. Just walk up (North West) Smith Street. Ask someone which way is the Train Station, walk that way, Make a left at Bertrand Ave, which is is 6 Blocks further up Smith Street PAST the train staion.

Couldn't you Mapquest this? Plus, you need to have the names of towns. New Jersey's pretty big.
