I'm trying to gain weight, and need to know some facts.

Depends if you are about 5 feet then in order to gain Good weight you need to eat about 4-6 thousand cals per day now that is only if you are under weight. and dont eat like that for ever my god only till you reach a heal;thy 120ish lbs then go back to 3-4 thousand

sweety,body is multiple elements..fat protein minerals and water.40% of our body is water so you can easy gain 1 pound by dehydration..but it is harmful for our minerals..and may lead to death..so most people safer from fat..our body is programmed to collect all extra food in blood and store it as fat for the starvation time..but in these days people in civilized country not complain of starvation so more food accumulate in body and become more fat..so to gain body weight is simple..low fat and carbohydrate food which change to fat..more protein and green vegetables.more exercises to burn fat from your body i know it seems difficult but after awhile when you gain weight you will be happy cause you do some thing and you have the result..
