I am asking this because some fruits and vegetables are basically mostly water, and they are some that just lack some stuff that we need. I do eat fruits and vegetables but I need to know more information.

The only fruit that I know helps is grapefruit. Any of the dark leafy green veggies contain anti-carcinogens (help reduce the chance of cancer). These include spinach & broccolli. Also, numerous studies have shown that both black tea & green tea also helps (green tea also has other great attributes like containing anti-oxidents, so, you may wnat to try to find a brand of either regular or iced green tea that you like the taste of).

Salt causes bloating and butter is loaded with calories, so flavor pasta, soups, meat, and stews with fresh herbs, garlic, and onions as an alternative.
