change it up. instead of walking 30 minutes - run for 10-15. change weights or how many reps u do. try different machines. find classes - buy tapes.

if u cant do any of the above. try to get a friend to join u for some workouts. that will keep u "honest" (going even if u dont want to) also try listening to different music (stuff that pumps u up or gets ur mind off what ur doing)

Have you thought about taking up a sport?
The Y should have different options available for you. If you are playing a sport, it doesn't feel like exercise, it's more fun.

You don't have to join a team or anything like that you can do this in between your other exercise plan.

If you have a tennis court in your area, check it out. There is always someone who is looking for someone to play tennis with. There are many times when partners play but one is just not into it, you could fill in for them.

Do you have any friends who would also like to play some type of sport?

Do you have a garden? Working in a garden tilling, digging, lawn mowing uses up just as many calories as a full blown workout.

Any housework that needs to be done? Don't just lightly clean, stick your wole body into it and work out. It not only is good for the body but it will change the way you feel about housework.

TaeBo is great. Billy has a new DVD out called TaeBo Amped which gives you an incredible workout. The workout change so that you don't get bored.

In addition to your workouts try to move your body a bit more during the day then you can take a day off occassionally.

Losing 90 pounds is an incredible accomplishment! I
hope that you have patted yourself on the pat and realized what a feat that is. Having the willpower and determination to diet and exercise for 18 months is something that 99% of dieters don't have. If you look around you'll be able to see more options for your exercise program.

Good Luck! You've come a long way!!

Tell the trainers you're bored and ask them for advice on what new exercises / routines to add. Maybe you can do certain exercises / routines on one day, and others on another day. You need to switch it up. Find something physical that will challenge you and make it fun by "rewarding" yourself after you've finished with a healthy, yet tasty, snack. Make that your goal: that healthy, tasty treat you'll give to yourself as a reward for a good work out.

I thinks its great that you care enough about yourself that you've started a good program. Its not easy to stick to it, but you've made it this far, you can make it all the way. Good luck. :)

As a trainer and a work out holic.... Get a partner that is around your progressive stage of common burn out. (Yes burn out) Feeding back and forth in pairs not only creates the ambition and potential you can rekindle your ambitions with, but manifests long lasting friends. In most exercises, it is the accomplishment of the the next stage that creates the bases of self gratification. Sharing it with a partner or just family and friends re enforces your next level of accomplishment.
