Revise maybe??
What exam are you taking? My advice would be to get your notes and textbook (and/or grammar book - about.com has lots of information about French grammar if you need it) out, and do some proper old-fashioned revision. Look at how you conjugate verbs (regular er, ir and re verbs) in the present, perfect and future tenses (you can cover more tenses if you have time, depending on what exam you're taking). If you've covered any particular topics in class, make yourself some vocab lists and learn them. Stick post-it notes with the words on all over your house (on your bedroom door, on the fridge, on your cereal box etc.) to help you learn them. If you have time, look at adjective endings too.
I don't know how much time you've got (are you at school/college/work all week, or are you on study leave?), but there's only so much you can learn in a week. The most important thing you can do is learn from the experience and try to allow yourself enough revision time next time. If you leave it til the last minute like this, you're unlikely to do yourself justice in your exams.

From painful personal experience, I can tell you that cramming is NOT the way to pass exams!!!!
If you're in Australia, then buy the Nodtronics cdr "Let's Learn French" - it is a basic one, however. Rosetta Stone have very comprehensive lessons, although are very expensive.
mmmm.... I hope you've learnt not to cram!

Unless you are very smart, there is no way you will learn French in just one week. So why bother...
Next time study ahead of time, so you can catch a few words.
