It depends on your height.

My brother is your age, 5ft8 and 126lb. He is incredibly skinny, almost underweight.

Once over 18, it's really height to weight ratio that determines the healthly range. Sounds a little on the light side for anyone over 5ft3.

126 lbs would be a good weight for a man of about 5'0

Like the others said, it depends on height, but....My nephew, 19 yrs old,was a very fit 169lbs kid at 6'2".
If he had lost weight, he probably would have looked too thin...and you wouldnt have noticed him gaining 10lbs.

It all depends on what your height is...but that sounds like a pretty low weight for a guy to begin with unless he's really short.
