No but you definately want to wear nice pants and a nice, collared shirt. Try to match belts to the shoes, too (brown with brown....black with black). If the weather allows....a nice sports coat, too!!

No. Slacks or Khaki's with a nice shirt is fine. If it's cool enough, you could add a pull-over sweater.
