(ANS) In my opinion MS Windows XP Pro is definately the best version of windows ever developed so far. Once installed on good hardware it runs with very few problems and is a pleasure to use. Functions & features are in easy to find places, good software like XP pro should be intuitive and shouldnt take alot of training or weeks of learning.

**I would avoid buying or installing MS Windows Vista for now, why? because the hardware required for Vista is much more demanding & so to run Vista correctly you would need a new machine with a much higher hardware specification than for XP Pro.

**In Vista Ultimate many of the previously easy to use features have been removed, changed or otherwise located down 3 or 4 menu steps down so you have to dig around for them. This means some features are NOT at all intuitive or easy to find. Vista is abit clumys in my opinion, plus I'm NOT a fan of all the added eye candy that Microsoft have added.

**XP pro also can be tuned & optimised to deliver a very good quality of performance on relatively low end hardware. Definately an advantage over Vista.

**I highly recommend you to go for WIndows XP Pro (not XP home). XP Pro has a much better range of features & functions than the home version. XP Pro is well suited to the needs of a small business manager or student.
