what to do with a litre of soy milk that I just bought and no one wants to drink at home? Kids say it's yucky...

Don't exactly want to dump it, I'm too frugal.

Will YOU drink it? I like soy milk on my cereal actually. I think the milk brings something out in the cereal.

How about rice pudding? Or maybe tapioca pudding?
Frosty milk shakes made out of the soya milk.
Cream soup sub the soya milk.

Sounds to me like your kids have good taste and know what milk should taste like. :)

Seriously, you could use it for anything you use cow milk for--homemade pudding, bread pudding, french toast, etc. Or YOU could drink it. If it's good enough for the kids, it's good enough for mom, right? :)

Put some chocolate syrup in it. Kids usually LOVE the taste of chocolate in anything - and you may love it, too :)
