It is not easy to lose teh weight and it can take time. Patience is extremely important when dieting.

But it is possible that your method of dieting is not working. What method are you using and are you following it fully? If oyu are at least not gaining any more weight, that is a good start. But perhaps you are eating more than you think you are. Perhaps you are choosing the wrong foods. Or perhaps you don;t fully understand the diet plan that oyu are trying to follow. But regardless of which plan you do use, Be faithful to it, be honest to yourself and be patient.

And remember, that losing weight is very difficult. But keeping it off is nearly impossible as most do fail in this respect. So, in addition to patience, you need a lot of inner strength and determination.

you probably are just losing water weight which sometimes can be unnoticeable. if you diet without exercising the weight usually comes back fairly quick anyway.

dieting make you active only. on the long run its result will be shown in scales

You are building muscle, muscle weighs more than fat, just be patient you will see the results.
