We are looking for a place not too far to fly - we have a small child - and are only having immediate family at the ceremony, so a beach would be prefect. We thought originally of Hawaii but it's way too far to fly with a baby. Any ideas?

How about Nissi Beach in Cyprus.. there is a beautiful hotel on the beach which cater for destination wedding Nissi Beach Hotel...

You could try looking at your local travel agents and getting a load of brochures, some hotels do free wedding packages, and cater for weddings at their hotel. The brochure and their hotel website should give you further information.
Remember before you book, look at reviews on http://www.tripadvisor.co.uk Trip Advisor.. and ask questions on the forum's I've given you links to, about how brides found the hotel.

I have heard that Gibraltor is a good place to get married, also with it being governed under British Law this could be easier from the legal side. Some people then go on to have the reception/ celebration in neighbouring Spain to keep the costs down but there are some beautiful places in Gibraltor for that as well.

How about a luxurious resort in Spain, France or perhaps Cyprus or one of the Greek islands. Take a search around on the internet - how about finding a hotel that has it's own beach so you can stay at the hotel and enjoy their facilities and do the wedding? Good luck in your search.

Greece has thousands of beaches like that and it is very romantic too.
I would suggest you the Serifos island in Cyclades or the Corfu in Ionion Sea.

yeah cyprus. i used to be a travel agent and it is such a beautiful place. look into it. its about 4 hours flight so it should be fine for the baby.
