I have a top up box but cant get ITV channels or channel 4, Can you help?

I can get them on my normal TV but not with the top up box pluged in?? Do you Know how to get them or the codes i may need??

try buying one of the digital aerials that needs electric to run.
i had the same problem and now i get all the freeview channels

Itv channels are hard to get if your signal isn't Strong enough, try an aerial booster

Where is your STB placed. If it is placed on top of a DVD player or recorder, or a VTR, you may be getting interference. Try either raising or moving the STB from these items.
