Free Easy CD DVD Burner
http://www.snapfiles.com/reviews/free-easy-cd-dvd-burner/fecddvd.html

open the programme, click on the "Audio Cd grabber" tab, insert your cd and then click "rip now in mp3". The files are saved by default to C:\Program Files\Free Easy Burner\My Music but the options setting allows you to change this plus various bitrate settings
