I need some sort of exercise to strengthen my left lat without affecting the right one. My right side is much stronger, and I want to even it out a bit. If you could direct me to a site that has diagrams showing how to do exercises with weights, it would be hugely appreciated! Thanx!

Usually that's over the head behind the neck lat pull on a Universal machine, with a strait bar, that works great. At home "Back" pushups, grip a coffee table with your hands, behind you and do back pushups. Don't worry about just working one,, in aboput 1.5 months they will equal out.

bent over rows
this is where you bend over at the waist with the weight on the floor and pull is straight up to your chest
do a lat pull down on a lat machine but use the tricep bar so you can grab it with just one hand...

As for websites:I would recommend that you try single arm rows. Use a heavier weight with fewer reps on the smaller, weaker side, but continue with your normal work outs for the other side. This way you don't feel too lop-sided when your done working out.
