LOL. Dude, they are just trying to get your personal info to steal your identity. If you do it, make sure you check your credit rating in a few months to find out you owe $1,000,000 in credit card debt.

NEVER send anyone your information like that through the email. This is not a real thing. It's called phishing and you'll be a victim of robbery/identity theft.

You are actually asking, "Should I send my personal information, including copies of my driving licence and passport to someone I don't know?"

I think when you look at it that way, the answer is clear.

Sounds like a scam to me. If you had really won something, they would not contact you by e-mail. Scan and send your driver's license and passport? Are you planning to leave the country if you won? Please, this is a ploy for someone to steal your identity, Please don't respond, nothing like this works through e-mails. Please take my advice, I hope other's will respond to this question to make you believe that this is a major scam.

Common sense: you can't win a contest that you didn't enter. Nothing personal, but you're an idiot if you give these guys any of your personal information. Trust your common sense.

It's fake. They will ask for a "processing fee" at some point, to facilitate payment, or just steal your identity outright (or both).
